1. 總則

歡迎使用 QMesh(以下簡稱「本平台」),本平台由一日軟體有限公司(統一編號:60759468,以下簡稱「本公司」)營運。當您註冊、登入或使用本平台提供的任何服務時,即表示您已閱讀、理解並同意遵守本服務條款(以下簡稱「本條款」)。若您不同意本條款的任何內容,請勿使用本平台。

2. 服務說明

QMesh 為全球眾測媒合平台,連結企業與測試員,透過結構化的缺陷回報流程,協助企業在產品上線前發現關鍵問題。本平台提供以下核心服務:

  • 企業發布測試任務並設定預算與測試方案
  • 測試員申請加入任務、執行測試並回報缺陷
  • 平台審核任務品質與缺陷有效性
  • 積分獎勵機制與現金兌換
  • QIS(QMesh Impact Score)品質貢獻排行

3. 帳號與註冊

  • 您必須年滿 18 歲或具完全行為能力方可註冊使用本平台。
  • 註冊時應提供真實、準確且完整的個人資訊,並於資訊變更時即時更新。
  • 您有責任妥善保管帳號密碼,因帳號遭他人使用而產生的行為,視同您本人之行為。
  • 每位使用者僅可註冊一個帳號。如發現重複帳號,本平台有權停用或合併。
  • 本平台目前僅開放台灣地區(TW)使用者註冊。

4. 使用者角色與責任

4.1 企業(Business)

  • 企業可發布測試任務,選擇測試方案(基本、進階、專業等),並支付相應預算。
  • 企業應如實描述測試需求、目標裝置、測試範圍等資訊。
  • 企業有權審閱並接受或拒絕測試員回報的缺陷,但應基於客觀事實判斷。
  • 企業不得利用平台從事違法活動、或要求測試員進行超出合理範圍的測試行為。

4.2 測試員(Tester)

  • 測試員可瀏覽並申請加入測試任務,經企業核准後開始測試。
  • 測試員應於真實裝置與環境中執行測試,並以結構化格式回報發現的缺陷。
  • 測試員不得提交虛假、重複、抄襲或惡意的缺陷回報。
  • 測試員的會員等級(銅級至鑽石)依據總累積積分自動升降,並享有不同的積分倍率。

4.3 QA 專業認證

  • 測試員可申請 QA 專業認證,經平台審核通過後取得 QA 標章。
  • QA 認證測試員可參與進階與專業方案的任務,並獲得更高的曝光與信任度。
  • 本平台保留撤銷 QA 認證的權利,若發現測試品質持續低落或違反平台規範。

5. 測試方案與定價

  • 本平台提供多種測試方案,各方案的預算金額、獎勵積分、測試時長及參與測試員身分由平台設定,並可隨時調整。
  • 本平台僅針對關鍵缺陷與高風險缺陷計費,中、低風險等級缺陷不從預算中扣除。
  • 若任務期間未發現關鍵或高風險缺陷,企業支付的預算將依原付款管道全額退回。
  • 平台從每筆有效缺陷的定價中收取服務費(傭金),具體比例由平台公告。

6. 付款與退款

  • 企業於發布任務時需以信用卡支付方案預算全額,付款成功後平台即完成請款。
  • 任務截止或企業主動結束任務後,未使用的預算餘額將依原付款管道退回處理。
  • 任務自助取消規則(已付款任務):
    • 審核中取消 → 全額退款
      • 任務尚在平台審核階段、未正式上架,平台尚未提供任何服務。
      • 全額退回原付款管道,不收取服務費。
    • 已上架且無「待處理 Bug」→ 退 95%(扣 5% 服務費)
      • 任務已上架(active)但尚未有測試員提交任何 Bug,或所有 Bug 皆為「已拒絕」且超過 72 小時異議期。
      • 測試員加入但尚未提交任何 Bug 時仍屬此類。
      • 平台收取已付款金額之 5% 服務費,其餘 95% 退回原付款管道。
    • 仍有待處理 Bug → 不可自助取消,僅能「結束任務」結算
      • 下列任一狀態之 Bug 皆視為「待處理」:
        • 待審核、審核中
        • 已接受、已結算(獎勵已發放給測試員)
        • 異議中、仲裁中
        • 已拒絕但仍在 72 小時異議期內
      • 請改用「結束任務」流程,依實際使用額度結算:已結算 Bug 金額(獎勵已發放給測試員)由企業承擔,未消耗餘額退回原付款管道。
      • 此規則為保障測試員已付出之勞務及其異議權。
  • 任務自助取消規則(未付款任務):任務建立後若尚未完成付款即主動取消,因尚無實際金流發生,平台不收取任何費用、亦不涉及退款。
  • 逾期未付款自動取消:任務建立後 24 小時內仍未完成付款者,將由系統自動取消並下架。由於未發生實際付款,不涉及退款。
  • 審核未通過(退回)之已付款任務,平台將於審核後自動全額退款至原付款管道,不收取任何服務費。
  • 退款處理時間依金流服務商(如藍新金流 NewebPay)規定,通常為 7-14 個工作天。
  • 若預算為 NT$0 的免費方案,則無需付款,任務建立後直接生效,亦不涉及退款。

7. 積分與兌換

  • 測試員回報的有效缺陷將獲得基礎積分與獎勵積分,具體數值依缺陷嚴重度與測試方案而定。
  • 付費方案之平台服務費:企業每筆關鍵 / 高風險 Bug 定價中,50% 為平台服務費,50% 折算為測試員之可兌換獎勵積分。免費方案不收取服務費。
  • 積分倍率依會員等級而異:銅級 ×1.0、銀級 ×1.1、金級 ×1.2、白金 ×1.3、鑽石 ×1.5。中 / 低 Bug 固定 ×1.0,不受等級倍率影響。
  • 中 / 低 Bug 的可兌換積分設有每月配額上限(目前為 20 積分 / 人 / 月);超過配額部分當月仍記入排行累積積分,但不計入可兌換餘額。配額每月 1 日自動重置。
  • 積分可申請兌換現金(10 積分 = NT$30),最低兌換門檻為 300 積分,且需為 10 的倍數。
  • 兌換申請需經平台審核,審核通過後於 1-3 個工作天內轉帳。
  • 惡意提交無效或垃圾回報將被扣除積分,嚴重者帳號可能被停權。
  • 平台保留調整積分規則(含嚴重度點數、等級倍率、月配額、兌換比例、最低門檻、服務費比例)之權利,調整將於網站公告後生效。

8. 缺陷回報規範

  • 缺陷回報應包含清楚的標題、重現步驟、預期結果、實際結果,並盡可能附上截圖或錄影。
  • 缺陷嚴重度分為四級:關鍵、高、中、低,由測試員選擇,企業審閱確認。
  • 重複提交已知缺陷、或提交與任務範圍無關的問題,將被視為無效回報。
  • 企業對缺陷的接受或拒絕決定若有爭議,測試員可提出異議,由平台進行仲裁。

9. 智慧財產權與保密

  • 測試員在測試過程中接觸的產品資訊、技術細節、商業機密等均屬企業所有,測試員不得對外洩露。
  • 若任務標示為「需簽署 NDA」,測試員申請前應了解並同意保密義務。
  • 測試員回報的缺陷內容,其智慧財產權歸屬於發布任務的企業。
  • 客戶專屬之測試腳本、測試資料與測試成果歸客戶所有;惟本平台保留使用「去識別化的場景模板、Bug Pattern、測試方法論」之權利,用於改善平台服務、訓練測試員、建立產業知識庫及發佈匿名統計研究,前述使用不得揭露任何可識別客戶或其產品之資訊。
  • 去識別化資料之具體使用範圍:本平台得將去識別化後之資料用於:
    • 訓練本平台之內部 AI 審核模型、測試建議系統與審核流程;
    • 建立並發佈公開之 Bug Pattern 知識庫、場景模板庫;
    • 發表匿名化統計研究、白皮書、技術文章及產業報告;
    • 訓練測試員、舉辦教育訓練及整合合作夥伴技術交流。
  • 去識別化標準:本平台於資料再利用前將移除以下可識別資訊:
    • 客戶名稱、品牌名、產品名、公司 Logo;
    • 網址、API 端點、內部系統識別碼、帳號與密碼;
    • 畫面截圖、員工姓名、客戶員工之任何個人資料;
    • 足以指向特定客戶之其他資訊。
    保留之技術內容限於缺陷類別、重現步驟之抽象化描述、根因類別、嚴重度與測試方法論。
  • 一旦完成去識別化,該資料因已不指向特定客戶,不再受客戶個別同意撤回之約束;本平台對去識別化後之衍生資料享有永久使用權。
  • 本平台的商標、設計、程式碼、內容等均受著作權法保護,未經授權不得複製或使用。

10. 帳號停權與終止

  • 本平台有權在以下情況下暫停或終止使用者帳號:違反本條款、提交惡意內容、冒用他人身份、或從事任何損害平台利益的行為。
  • 帳號被停權期間,使用者無法登入或使用任何平台功能。
  • 帳號被終止後,未兌換的積分將被凍結,本平台不承擔退還義務。
  • 使用者可隨時申請刪除帳號,但已進行中的任務需先結算完畢。

11. 免責聲明

  • 本平台作為媒合服務提供者,不對企業產品的品質、安全性或合法性負責。
  • 本平台不保證測試員的測試結果能涵蓋所有可能的缺陷或問題。
  • 因不可抗力(包括但不限於天災、網路中斷、系統維護)導致的服務中斷,本平台不承擔賠償責任。
  • 使用者因違反本條款或相關法律而產生的損害,應自行負責。

12. 隱私權政策

本平台重視您的隱私。我們收集、使用及保護個人資料的方式,請參閱本平台的隱私權政策。使用本平台即表示您同意我們依據隱私權政策處理您的個人資料。

13. 條款修改

本公司保留隨時修改本條款的權利。條款修改後將於本頁面公告,並更新「最後更新日期」。若您在條款修改後繼續使用本平台,即視為您已同意修改後的條款。重大變更將透過電子郵件或平台通知方式告知。

14. 準據法與管轄

本條款之解釋與適用,以中華民國法律為準據法。因本條款所生之爭議,雙方同意以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

1. General Provisions

Welcome to QMesh (hereinafter "the Platform"), operated by OnedaySoftware Co., Ltd. (Tax ID: 60759468, hereinafter "the Company"). By registering, logging in, or using any services provided by the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

QMesh is a global crowdtesting platform that connects businesses with testers through structured defect reporting workflows to help identify critical issues before product launch. Core services include:

  • Businesses publish testing tasks with budgets and testing plans
  • Testers apply to join tasks, execute testing, and report defects
  • Platform reviews task quality and defect validity
  • Points-based reward system with cash redemption
  • QIS (QMesh Impact Score) quality contribution rankings

3. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have full legal capacity to register.
  • You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete personal information during registration and update it promptly when changes occur.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Any actions taken under your account are deemed your own.
  • Each user may register only one account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended or merged.
  • The Platform is currently available only to users in Taiwan (TW).

4. User Roles and Responsibilities

4.1 Business

  • Businesses may publish testing tasks, select testing plans (Basic, Advanced, Professional, etc.), and pay the corresponding budget.
  • Businesses must accurately describe testing requirements, target devices, and testing scope.
  • Businesses may review and accept or reject defects reported by testers, based on objective assessment.
  • Businesses may not use the Platform for illegal activities or require testers to perform unreasonable testing activities.

4.2 Tester

  • Testers may browse and apply to join testing tasks; testing begins after business approval.
  • Testers must conduct testing on real devices in real environments and submit structured defect reports.
  • Testers may not submit false, duplicate, plagiarized, or malicious defect reports.
  • Tester membership levels (Bronze through Diamond) are automatically adjusted based on total accumulated points, with corresponding point multipliers.

4.3 QA Professional Certification

  • Testers may apply for QA Professional Certification; upon Platform approval, they receive a QA badge.
  • QA-certified testers may participate in Advanced and Professional plan tasks with higher visibility and trust.
  • The Platform reserves the right to revoke QA certification if testing quality persistently declines or platform rules are violated.

5. Testing Plans and Pricing

  • The Platform offers multiple testing plans. Budget amounts, reward points, testing duration, and participating tester types are set by the Platform and may be adjusted at any time.
  • Only Critical and High-risk defects are billable; Medium and Low-risk defects do not deduct from the budget.
  • If no Critical or High-risk defects are found during a task, the full budget paid by the business will be refunded via the original payment method.
  • The Platform collects a service fee (commission) from each valid defect's pricing, as publicly announced.

6. Payment and Refunds

  • Businesses must pay the full plan budget via credit card when publishing a task. The Platform captures the payment immediately upon successful authorization.
  • Upon task deadline or manual closure, any unused budget is refunded via the original payment method.
  • Self-serve cancellation rules (paid tasks):
    • Cancel during review → full refund
      • The task is still under Platform review and has not been published; no service has been rendered.
      • Full amount refunded to the original payment method; no service fee charged.
    • Published with no pending bugs → 95% refund (5% service fee withheld)
      • The task is active but no testers have submitted any bugs, or all submitted bugs are Rejected and have passed the 72-hour dispute window.
      • Testers having joined but not yet submitted any bugs also qualifies.
      • The Platform withholds 5% of the paid amount as a service fee and refunds the remaining 95%.
    • Pending bugs exist → self-serve cancellation disabled; use "Close Task" to settle
      • A bug is considered "pending" if it is in any of the following states:
        • Submitted, Under Review
        • Accepted, Settled (reward already credited to the tester)
        • Disputed, In Arbitration
        • Rejected but still within the 72-hour dispute window
      • Use the "Close Task" flow instead: the business bears the cost of settled bugs (rewards already credited to testers); any remaining unused budget is refunded to the original payment method.
      • This rule exists to protect testers' prior work and their right to dispute.
  • Self-serve cancellation rules (unpaid tasks): if a task is cancelled before payment is completed, no service fee is charged and no refund is involved since no payment actually occurred.
  • Auto-cancellation of unpaid tasks: if payment is not completed within 24 hours of task creation, the Platform will automatically cancel the task. Since no payment was made, no refund is involved.
  • For paid tasks rejected by Platform review, a full refund is automatically processed to the original payment method; no service fee is charged.
  • Refund processing times depend on the payment service provider (e.g., NewebPay), typically 7-14 business days.
  • For free plans (NT$0 budget), no payment is required and the task takes effect immediately upon creation; no refund is involved.

7. Points and Redemption

  • Valid defects reported by testers earn base points and bonus points, varying by defect severity and testing plan.
  • Platform service fee on paid plans: For each Critical / High bug reward paid by the business, 50% is retained by the Platform as a service fee, and 50% is converted into redeemable bonus points for the tester. Free plans are not subject to a service fee.
  • Point multipliers vary by membership level: Bronze ×1.0, Silver ×1.1, Gold ×1.2, Platinum ×1.3, Diamond ×1.5. Medium and Low severity bugs are fixed at ×1.0 and not affected by level multipliers.
  • Medium / Low severity bugs have a monthly cashable quota (currently 20 points per tester per month). Points earned beyond this quota count toward ranking only and are not redeemable. The quota resets on the 1st of each month.
  • Points may be redeemed for cash (10 points = NT$30), with a minimum threshold of 300 points in multiples of 10.
  • Redemption requests require Platform review; approved requests are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Malicious submission of invalid or spam reports will result in point deductions; severe violations may lead to account suspension.
  • The Platform reserves the right to adjust point rules (including severity points, level multipliers, monthly quotas, redemption rates, minimum thresholds, and service fee ratios). Changes take effect after announcement on the Platform.

8. Defect Reporting Standards

  • Defect reports must include a clear title, reproduction steps, expected results, actual results, and screenshots or recordings when possible.
  • Defect severity is classified into four levels: Critical, High, Medium, and Low, selected by the tester and confirmed by the business.
  • Duplicate submissions of known defects or reports unrelated to the task scope are considered invalid.
  • If a business's acceptance or rejection decision is disputed, the tester may file an objection for Platform arbitration.

9. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

  • Product information, technical details, and trade secrets accessed during testing belong to the business; testers must not disclose them.
  • For tasks marked "NDA Required," testers must understand and accept confidentiality obligations before applying.
  • Intellectual property rights in defect reports belong to the task-publishing business.
  • Client-specific test scripts, test data, and testing deliverables belong to the client. However, the Platform retains the right to use "de-identified scenario templates, bug patterns, and testing methodologies" for the purposes of improving platform services, training testers, building industry knowledge bases, and publishing anonymized statistical research. Such use shall not disclose any information that could identify the client or its products.
  • Permitted uses of de-identified data. The Platform may use de-identified data to:
    • train the Platform's internal AI review models, testing recommendation systems, and review workflows;
    • build and publish a public Bug Pattern knowledge base and scenario template library;
    • publish anonymized statistical research, white papers, technical articles, and industry reports;
    • train testers and support partner technical enablement.
  • De-identification standard. Before reuse, the Platform will remove the following identifying information:
    • client names, brand names, product names, and logos;
    • URLs, API endpoints, internal system identifiers, accounts, and passwords;
    • screenshots, employee names, and any personal data of the client's employees;
    • any other information capable of identifying a specific client.
    Retained technical content is limited to defect categories, abstracted reproduction steps, root-cause categories, severity, and testing methodology.
  • Once de-identification is complete, the resulting data no longer identifies any specific client and is therefore not subject to withdrawal of individual client consent; the Platform holds a perpetual right to use such de-identified derivative data.
  • The Platform's trademarks, designs, code, and content are protected by copyright law and may not be copied or used without authorization.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

  • The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for: violating these Terms, submitting malicious content, identity fraud, or any conduct detrimental to the Platform.
  • During suspension, users cannot log in or use any Platform features.
  • Upon termination, unredeemed points will be frozen and the Platform bears no obligation to refund them.
  • Users may request account deletion at any time, but active tasks must be settled first.

11. Disclaimer

  • As a matchmaking service provider, the Platform is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of business products.
  • The Platform does not guarantee that testing results will cover all possible defects or issues.
  • The Platform is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, network outages, system maintenance).
  • Users are responsible for damages arising from their violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

12. Privacy Policy

The Platform values your privacy. For details on how we collect, use, and protect personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to our handling of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

13. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with the "Last Updated" date revised. If you continue to use the Platform after amendments, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or Platform notifications.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Both parties agree that the Taipei District Court of Taiwan shall be the court of first instance for any disputes arising from these Terms.
